Shipping policy
SHIPPING:
We offer free shipping on orders of $75.00 or more. If your order does not meet the $75.00 minimum (before taxes and before discounts) you will be charged a $6.95 flat rate for shipping and handling. All orders are shipped out within 2 business days of ordering.
If your package was marked as delivered by the mail service, but the item was not delivered, you must reach out within a 3 business days so we can take further action.
CANCELATION POLICY:
Effective September 15, 2026
We understand that mistakes can happen when placing an order. However, once an order is submitted, our team begins processing it and the inventory is reserved for that customer.
Effective September 15, 2026, all orders canceled at the customer’s request after the order has been placed will be subject to a 20% cancellation fee.
If a cancellation request is approved, 20% of the canceled order total will be deducted from the amount refunded to the customer.
We encourage customers to carefully review all items, sizes, quantities, shipping information, and payment details before completing checkout.

LOCAL PICKUP:
We offer local pick up on local orders, just make sure to choose this option at checkout. You will receive an email confirmation within 24 hours that your order is ready for pickup.
Local pickup orders are available to be picked up Monday - Friday between the hours of 8AM - 4:30PM (CST). There will be an alphabetized rack outside the warehouse where you can grab your order. If you place an order after 10AM, it will not be ready until the next business day. Our address is 3884 State Route 131 Mayfield, KY 42066.
We will not be able to refund shipping charges if you do not choose local pickup; your order will be shipped if local pick up is not chosen. If your order(s) is not picked up within 30 business days from the order date, it will be donated.
