Shipping policy

SHIPPING:

We offer free shipping on orders of $75.00 or more. If your order does not meet the $75.00 minimum you will be charged a $6.95 flat rate for shipping and handling. All orders are shipped out within 2 business days of ordering.

If your package was marked as delivered by the mail service, but the item was not delivered, you must reach out within a week so we can take further action.

LOCAL PICKUP:

We offer local pick up on local orders, just make sure to choose this option at checkout. You will receive an email confirmation within 24 hours that your order is ready for pickup.

Local pickup orders are available to be picked up Monday - Friday between the hours of 8AM - 4:30PM (CST). There will be an alphabetized rack outside the warehouse where you can grab your order.  If you place an order after 10AM, it will not be ready until the next business day. Our address is 1104 Paducah Road Mayfield, KY 42066.

We will not be able to refund shipping charges if you do not choose local pickup; your order will be shipped if local pick up is not chosen. If your order(s) is not picked up within 30 business days from the order date, it will be donated.
